Lexicon Bank has appointed Anna Cavalieri as Senior Vice President, Market Executive, Commercial Banking, in a move that underscores the bank’s ambitious growth strategy and its commitment to expanding its influence across Southern Nevada’s financial sector.

With more than 20 years of commercial banking leadership, Cavalieri brings extensive expertise in relationship management, portfolio growth, and treasury services. At Lexicon, she will oversee the commercial banking relationship management team, spearhead the expansion of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Lending Group, and drive innovation within Treasury Management services—areas seen as critical to the bank’s next phase of development.

“Anna is an exceptional leader and a well-regarded banking professional in Southern Nevada,” said Stacy Watkins, President & CEO of Lexicon Bank. “Her experience, market insight, and commitment to client success make her the ideal leader for our commercial banking and treasury management groups. This is a transformative hire that positions Lexicon Bank for bold, strategic growth—and we’re just getting started.”

Cavalieri’s career includes senior leadership roles at two of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Nevada Market Executive at Bank of America, where she directed market strategy and client acquisition for a broad commercial portfolio. Before that, she held several leadership positions at Wells Fargo Bank, ultimately serving as Business Banking Manager for the Las Vegas market.

Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for Lexicon Bank, which has been strengthening its footprint as a premier community-focused institution while broadening services for mid-sized and growing enterprises. The addition of Cavalieri signals the bank’s determination to bridge the gap between the personalized service of a community bank and the sophisticated capabilities traditionally associated with larger institutions.

Industry observers note that the move reflects a broader trend in regional banking: the recruitment of seasoned executives with national experience to sharpen local strategies and better serve underserved markets. Cavalieri’s leadership is expected to enhance Lexicon’s ability to attract new business clients, deepen existing relationships, and deliver financial solutions tailored to Nevada’s evolving economy.

With Southern Nevada’s business landscape rapidly diversifying—driven by real estate development, tourism innovation, and emerging industries—Lexicon Bank’s leadership team sees Cavalieri as a key catalyst for growth.
