2. Appropriate Use of Third-Party Works
Our editorial teams follow strict guidelines when using external material:

- Graphics, charts, or tables are included only under license, open data permissions, or explicit consent.
- Quotations from executives or policymakers are attributed accurately.
3. Reporting Infringement
Rights holders who believe their material has been improperly used on CEOPolicy.com may file a claim.
A valid copyright complaint must include:
- Details of the copyrighted work.
- Location (URL) of the infringing material.
- Your contact details.
- A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
- A declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
- Your signature.

4. CEO Policy Institute Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid complaint:
- The editorial team will review the material.
- If infringement is confirmed, the content will be removed promptly.
- The author or contributor will be informed.
- Repeat offenders risk removal from the CEOPolicy contributor network.
5. Counter-Notice Option
If a contributor believes their work was wrongly removed, they may submit a counter-notice with:
- Identification of the content.
- A sworn statement that removal was an error.
- Agreement to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
- If justified, content will be restored.
6. Syndication and Partner Content
Some CEO Policy Institute articles may be syndicated or published in collaboration with partners. In such cases, copyright remains with the original rights holder, and reuse requires their consent.
